Amy Lins serves MMI as Vice President of Customer Success, where she leads the Community Education, Employee Learning, and Customer Experience teams. Amy and her team focus on content, processes, and technology that improve both consumer and employee experiences and outcomes. In recent years, Amy has focused on building strong knowledge and change management practices across MMI and deploying contact center technology to drive innovation and efficiency for the operations teams.
Amy has over 20 years of industry experience in financial education and debt management. She began her career at MMI in 2002 as a director of support operations and has had responsibility for several areas throughout the years including learning and development, leadership development, community education, grants, quality assurance, and customer experience.
Prior to MMI, Amy spent 12 years in management roles in Information Technology at Browning-Ferris Industries and began her career as an educator, teaching high school math and computer science.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Curriculum and Instruction, Mathematics Composite, from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Houston Christian University. Amy holds several learning related certifications along with a graduate certificate in Organizational Development from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Amy has been a leading contributor to MMI’s speaker bureau with interviews for Fox Business, Yahoo Finance, Forbes.com, local NBC, ABC, CBS, and Fox affiliates, and other publications. Amy volunteers in the local community and in her professional capacity, serving as a past board member for the Association for Talent Development, Madison Chapter. Amy has also been a presenter at numerous conferences including ATD, SHRM, NICE, the NFCC, and others.
Amy resides in the beautiful driftless area of southwest Wisconsin with her husband, on the family dairy farm.
