In this role, she is responsible for the strategy, development, and evolution of digital experiences that serve Credit Card and Small Business Collections and Recovery clients. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Anna has built a distinguished career driving digital transformation, customer-centric innovation, and business growth across multiple loss prevention functions.
Throughout her tenure at Bank of America, Anna has successfully delivered numerous industry-leading digital capabilities, including mobile collections, AI-enabled collections platforms, chat and messaging functionality, and customized payment plan programs. Her commitment to innovation and enhancing the client experience has resulted in three U.S. patents focused on advancing digital engagement and collections capabilities.

Anna holds a Master’s degree from Dartmouth College. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she is a devoted wife and mother who enjoys traveling with her family and creating meaningful experiences together.
