Sonali Niswander is SVP, Global Technology Office at MetLife, where she leads Emerging Technology space including Enterprise AI strategy, next generation AI platforms, and large-scale AI adoption across a portfolio spanning cloud, AI platforms, automation tooling, and enterprise architecture for MetLife's global regions.

A recognized voice in enterprise FinOps and AI economics, Sonali is a member of the FinOps Foundation Executive Program and has spoken at industry events including FinOps X on token economics and AI value. Her career spans infrastructure and technology leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, Tesla, and Walmart, prior to her current work architecting AI technology strategy at one of the world's largest insurers.

She is based in the Tampa Bay area.
