Jamie Payne provides oversight of all MMI operational activities, including counseling service delivery, support services, education, customer experience, quality assurance, and new program implementation.
In the wake of the Great Recession, Jamie led the Making Home Affordable Help Team at MMI, working with partners including the U.S. Department of the Treasury in delivering housing stability services to thousands of impacted Americans.
Jamie leads MMI’s Strategy Committee, which focuses on the development and execution of MMI’s strategic plan to realize our mission of improving lives through financial education. She is also closely involved with technology enhancements, transforming MMI’s digital offerings to better serve our clients.
Jamie is an alumna of University of Phoenix, volunteers with youth ministries, and is actively engaged in the community to foster consumer education and financial independence.
