Posted on April 11, 2016

SUGAR LAND, TX (April 8, 2016) – Money Management International (MMI), the nation’s largest nonprofit credit counseling organization and a leader in financial education, is celebrating Financial Literacy Month by providing free online financial workshops every day during the month of April.

These webinars will cover a variety of financial education topics. Programs will include guidance on budgeting, paying off debt, using credit wisely, understanding credit reports and scores, living frugally, and building your investments. Additionally, MMI will be offering three special programs this month including Ask the Money Coach, Building a Financial Support Group, and The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Personal Finance.

“I love hearing, ‘You changed my life!’ from webinar participants,” said Julie Griffith, Regional Director of Education at MMI. “Too many of our community members have not received this critical education. The webinars give them an opportunity to gain important skills and work towards fulfilling their financial dreams.”

A full list of available webinars can be found at MoneyManagement.org/Webinars.

Webinars held during Financial Literacy Month are free to attend. Individuals, families, and anyone serving the public is welcome to attend.
