Sample Letter to Dispute Billing Errors

If you find a billing error, time is of the essence. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) you must notify the creditor in writing within 60 days after the first bill containing the error was received. Not sure where to start? Here is a sample of a simple dispute letter:
