Important update

The MyMMI app will be decommissioned on October 16, 2023.

Due to low usage and high cost, we've made the decision to decommission the MyMMI app and remove it from the Google Play Store and the App Store. After October 16, 2023, the app will no longer be accessible.

Fortunately, you can still access your MyMMI online account and enjoy all the same features offered by the app. Visit moneymanagement.org/login to manage your debt management plan (DMP).


MyMMI Features

In addition to daily account management features, MyMMI makes completing set up of your new DMP a snap.

Key features include:

Document scan and upload

Use your smartphone to quickly and securely scan, review, and upload important DMP documents. No stamps, no fax machines, no separate scanners needed.

Just lay out the documents you want to share, scan them with your phone's internal camera, and send them securely to MMI. Fast, simple, and safe!

Review and e-sign DMP documents

Select the My MMI Account feature to gain full online access to your DMP, including the ability to review and sign electronic documents, update creditor balances, read monthly e-statements, and more. All of your current online account features are also available through the app.

Make and edit deposits

Regular, automated deposits are one of the best ways to ensure that your plan is a success, but life isn't always that regular. With the MyMMI app, you'll be able to schedule new deposits, edit scheduled deposits, change the bank account information associated with your account, and more.

Select My MMI Account from the app menu to access and update your account info.

Progress Tracker

A successful debt repayment program takes a little work upfront. MyMMI provides encouragement, direction, and a handy checklist to help you mark your progress.

Follow the steps and your DMP becomes just that much easier to manage in the long run.

Can I use the MyMMI app without a DMP?
No. MyMMI is designed to help clients set-up and manage their DMP to completion, so you must have an active DMP to get the most from this app. Learn more about starting a DMP.
Do I need a separate username and password for the app?
No, your login credentials are the same whether you're accessing your account through moneymanagement.org or through the app, creating a simple, seamless experience.
Can I submit signed documents through the app?
Yes, MyMMI comes with a secure document scanner that allows you to sign, scan, edit, and upload confidential documents safely (no fax machine needed).
How do I edit deposits with the MyMMI app?
The MyMMI app allows you to access all the features of our online client portal, including the ability to edit deposits, update creditor balances, review e-statements, and e-sign documents. Simply select My MMI Account from the app home screen. 
How do I access my e-statements through the MyMMI app?
The MyMMI app allows you to access all the features of our online client portal, including the ability to edit deposits, update creditor balances, review e-statements, and e-sign documents. Simply select My MMI Account from the app home screen. 
What are the operating system requirements?
Android requires version 7.0 or higher with a device resolution higher than 360px wide by 640px tall. Apple iOS requires version 12.1 or higher with a resolution higher than 375px wide by 667px tall.
How secure is data submitted through the MyMMI app?
We take data security very seriously. All data submitted through MyMMI and MMI's other web properties is encrypted using the latest transport layer security protocol (TLS 1.3).
What browsers are compatible?
MyMMI is compatible with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
