Tips for Making (and Keeping) Resolutions

2025 resolutions don't look much different from 2024 resolutions...or 2023 resolutions...or 1993 resolutions for that matter.
According to a Statista poll, the top 2025 resolutions are:
- To save more money (21%)
- To eat healthier (19%)
- To exercise more (17%)
- To lose weight (15%)
- To spend more time with loved ones (14%)
- To quit smoking (9%)
- To spend less (9%)
More money and better health are always top of mind when we're looking for ways to improve ourselves and our lives. The problem is that the follow-through on these resolutions tends to be lacking. Changes don't stick. Goals are forgotten.
