Helping families overcome financial challenges and make the most of their money.

Don't go it alone

If balancing your finances feels like a game you just can't win, it may be time for a new approach.

At MMI, we empower consumers to overcome their personal financial challenges through one-on-one credit counseling and effective debt repayment tools. Let our trained team give you the support and guidance you need to master your monthly budget and shed debt in the process.

How does it work?

Credit counseling is the ideal place to start if you're struggling with any element of your personal finances. But what actually happens during a credit counseling session?

It all starts by understanding your situation

Together we review your income, expenses, and debts. By getting a complete picture of your finances, we can pinpoint specific pain points and come up with a plan that addresses your unique challenges.

We discuss your goals

Do you want to get free from debt? Are you looking to build your savings? Are you experiencing a major change (such as marriage, retirement, a growing family, transition out of active service, etc.) and need help making the most of your money? We want to help you reach your unique goals.

We create a plan that suits you

By understanding where you are and where you want to go, we can provide advice, resources, and a plan to get you there. Depending on your situation and your goals, we may be able to offer additional services to help you on your journey, including:

This could be the step that changes everything

You don't have to accept being financially uncomfortable. If you're unhappy with your finances, do something about it!

It all begins with a free consultation with a certified financial counselor. Counselors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Make the call and create a fresh start for yourself and your family.

A debt management plan is not a loan. You simply make a single payment each month which is dispersed to all your creditors. You will continue to receive monthly statements from each of your creditors.

Helping Families Find Solid Financial Footing
  • I had my doubts in the beginning, but as soon as I got on the phone with MMI I knew I made the right choice. During the interview they ask all your financial details, but it's to help you better understand your situation. Very easy to contact and the process is quick. Thank you so much MMI! I've already started referring friends and coworkers! They need to know there are people really trying to help!
  • THANK YOU for not looking down on me, for understanding and helping me get back on track in such a courteous and helpful way. I was scared and after working with you I feel like I can handle life again. I know it is not over, but there is light at the end of the tunnel.
  • I first contacted them feeling awful about my inability to make payments on my debts, and feeling guilty about having gotten myself into the situation; but they assured me that my story is a common one and that I am not an irresponsible person, but simply trying to deal with a very common dilemma. My life is less stressful now, and I appreciate them more than I can say.
  • MMI helped to give me piece of mind when I was drowning in debt. I can't thank them enough for their help.
  • When I was told about MMI at first I had reservations and thought that this would be a gimmick. I spoke to someone on the phone, gave them my information, they told me what they had to do and what my responsibilities were and 4 years later with the help of MMI all of my 8 creditors have been paid off in full.
  • Thank you for your help. I truly thought there was no way out of my debt. I was so desperate that I had considered ending my life. Thank you again & I will NOT return to a debt load that I cannot manage. Looking forward to retiring in a few years & plan to remain debt free.
  • Prior to making my first phone call to MMI I was very skeptical, but after talking to the representative I knew that this is what I truly needed to do. It is definitely a life changing program and without the use of any credit cards you have to face the fact that if you can't afford something you save up for it or you just don t buy it. Thank you so much for helping me learn this most important lesson.
