Monthly benefits are paid directly to the representative payee, who then uses those funds to pay all of the beneficiary's monthly expenses.

After all my bills are paid, what happens to the rest of my money?
After addressing your monthly expenses, your representative payee will then use the remaining funds to determine your weekly allotment, disbursing those funds to you via an electronic debit card, to be used for food, entertainment, and other weekly discretionary expenses.

You are not required to provide receipts or track spending resulting from funds made available through weekly check or debit card disbursements for food and entertainment. However, should you require additional funds for special purchases outside the agreed upon budget, proof of purchase is required.

No. Power of attorney assignment is not required. CrissCross is not authorized to serve as power of attorney for any participating beneficiaries.
