Converting from CareOne to MMI

The conversion of your file from CareOne to MMI will take place in early April. At that time your agreement to debit your bank account for your monthly payment will be transferred from CareOne to MMI. The date your payment is debited and the amount of the payment will not change. The only change you will notice is that the company name on your bank transaction will change from "CareOne" to "MMI".

Your Client ID#

When contacting us, we will ask for your Client ID#. This will simply be your current CareOne program ID with a "-9" added onto the end. Your first statement from MMI will clearly indicate your Client ID#.

Creditors | MMI will contact your creditors as needed to discuss this change – you will not need to contact your creditors directly.

Member Benefit Services | If you purchased optional Member Benefit Services (MBS) from CareOne, those benefits will no longer be available following your transition to MMI. Accordingly, MBS customers will see associated MBS charges discontinued on or before April 1, 2016.

MyMMI | We encourage you to sign up for MyMMI, MMI's online client portal. This will give you additional control over your account, including access to eStatements, payment information, creditor balances, and more. Stay connected and watch your debt drop!

Manual Payments | If your payments are not automatically debited each month, you will be able to make manual electronic payments through our online client portal, MyMMI. If you prefer to mail your payments, you can send all payments to the following address:
