Step 1: Create a Login

1. Go to MoneyManagement.org/Registration Skip to Step 2 if you already have a login

2. Enter information in the fields that appear

      2a. First name

      2b. Last name

      2c. Email address

      2d. Username

    • Cannot be an email address
    • Minimum of 6 characters
    • Use letters and numbers only

      2e. Password

    • Must be minimum of 8 characters, that include at least:
      • 1 uppercase letter, and
      • 1 numerical value, and
      • 1 of these special characters: !  @  #  $  %  ^  &  *  (  )  -  _

3. Click Next Step

4. Setup three security questions

    • Be sure to use the tab key or mouse cursor (not the enter key) to move from security question to security question

5. Click Create Account

Step 2: Review & Sign

1. Be sure to be logged into your MMI Account

      1a. If you have a co-client, it's required for them to sign at the same time with you.

2. Click Activate my Debt Management Plan (located on the MyMMI tab) Activate my Debt Management Plan

3. Click Enter

      3a. The last 4 digits of the social security number

      3b. Your MMI client ID number (be sure to include -1 at the end of your 9 digit client number)

4. Click Submit

5. Click Debt Management Plan tab

6. Scroll to the bottom of the page

7. Click Sign Document

8. A new window will open to display your Debt Management Agreement document 

9. Review your document

10. Click Go to Next Signature (near the top of the document)

11. Click the Click Here to Sign

    • You will automatically be advanced to each page that needs to be signed

12. When signing is finished, you will see your electronic signature created on each of the pages

13. Next you will see the following confirmation message:

    • The web document has been signed. Thank you for completing the signing process. Please click the below button to view your final signed document for printing. Please close the window after viewing/printing the final signed document.

14. Close the window after viewing/printing the final signed document

Step 3: Setup Deposit Direct

1. Be sure to be logged into your MMI account Sign up for Deposit Direct

2. Click DMP Payments on the left side of the screen

3. Click Sign up for DepositDirect

4. Enter your Enter the first/last name exactly as shown on your debt management agreement.

      4a. First name 

      4b. Last name

      4c. Account type 

5. Click Continue

6. Review the Electronic Authorization Agreement

7. Click Agree

8. Enter banking information

      8a. Bank name 

      8b. Bank account number

      8c. Re-enter bank account number

      8d. Bank routing number

      8e. Re-enter bank routing number

9. Click Continue

10. Click Continue & Sign Online Authorization form

11. Review the document

12. Click Click Here to Sign

13. After signing, your electronic signature will appear on the page

14. Next you will see the following confirmation message:

    • The web document has been signed. Thank you for completing the signing process. Please click the below button to view your final signed document for printing. Please close the window after viewing/printing the final signed document.

eSigning your DMP Agreement
