Agreement to Rules: By entering this Drawing, the entrant agrees to all of these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the Drawing will be made by the Sponsor in their sole discretion and are final.
Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age as of January 1, 2012 and a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of MMI, parents of employees, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible to win the Drawing.
Timing: Survey begins at 12:00:01 a.m. E.T. on Monday, January 2, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, January 31, 2012.
How to Enter: Submit your survey online. Survey submissions must include their name and address in order to be considered. Any names and addresses submitted will only be used for the fulfillment of prizes and will not be retained and/or used for any other purpose. Any survey submissions received are the sole property of the Sponsor.
Only one entry per person. More than one entry from any person or household address will void all entries from that person or household address.

Winners: Winners will be selected using a random number generator based on the number of survey submissions received complete with name and mailing address. Randomly drawn winners will each receive the following prize:

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $306. There are 18 prizes total. Money Management International is not responsible for lost or damaged prizes and none will be replaced. Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitutions may be made, except by the Sponsor in the event that a prize cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, the Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.
Other Terms and Conditions: The winner will be notified at the address provided on their entry submission. If prize notification or the prize is returned as undeliverable, this may also result in prize forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected. Unless otherwise noted, allow 10 to 12 weeks for delivery of prizes by mail following completion of notification process.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsor's authority, may use winner's name, picture/portrait/video likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. Entrants must send entries using the correct Contest entry email address, subject line, and any other specific entry information requested in the Contest announcement. The Sponsor is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries or emails sent but not received by Money Management International for any reason, as potential Contest winners.
BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, THE WINNER AGREES THAT THE SPONSOR, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THE SPONSOR'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY CONTEST OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. Miscellaneous: All submissions become the sole property of the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the household address submitted at the time of entry. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries.
