Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Lansdell joined MMI as Interim Chief Financial Officer in July, 2014 and became its CFO effective June 1, 2015. He subsequently was elected as MMI’s Treasurer. He has over 30 years of business experience, with an exceptional record in all phases of financial management, property development, acquisition, disposition, asset management, and general management. He has demonstrated leadership and the ability to provide vision, focus and execution of successful start-up, high growth and turnaround operations.

Prior to joining MMI, Mr. Lansdell served as the Chief Financial Officer for Springboard Nonprofit Consumer Credit Management Inc. He previously served as the President of Grubb & Ellis-Multifamily Division, and prior to assuming that role was the Chief Financial Officer of Grubb & Ellis Residential Management.

Mr. Lansdell was the founder and President of LTL Investments from April 1995 to January 2006. He was responsible for all aspect of the company’s operations, including the orderly liquidation for clients’ multifamily portfolios that generated internal rates of return in excess of 26%. Mr. Lansdell served as controller and Chief Financial Officer of SARES-REGIS Group, and its predecessor company Regis Homes from 1981 to 1995.

Mr. Lansdell is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona, California, and Colorado.
