Chief Operating Officer

Anthony (Tony) Scataglia is Chief Operating Officer, responsible for executive management oversight for the counseling and support operations groups, technology, strategic planning, marketing, communications, and document management and imaging solutions. He joined Money Management International (MMI) as Vice President, Technology and Strategic Development in September 2000. Prior to joining MMI, Mr. Scataglia was the Vice President, Specialty Services for Furmanite Worldwide, an international industrial specialty services company. He held several executive management positions over his five-year tenure at Furmanite, including Vice President and Business Manager; Director of Technology; and National Service Line Manager. Prior to Furmanite, Mr. Scataglia held several management level positions for Team Industrial Services over an eight-year period.

Throughout his career, Mr. Scataglia has held numerous positions responsible for overall profit and loss business management for various-sized organizations. He has used his experience and education to successfully manage specialty technical services organizations as profitable, growing businesses. Through his executive management positions, he has also gained extensive experience in various management practices, including organization right-sizing, process reengineering, strategic planning, sales and marketing, business/program start-ups, and profitability/ROI analysis/modeling.

Mr. Scataglia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. He has continually supplemented his degree with numerous internal and external education programs in the fields of general business management, operations management, technical project management, sales and marketing, strategic planning, and finance-related areas.

Tony has a passion for mission realization as he transitioned from his for-profit background to a mission-driven industry. Tony is extremely competitive – he was heavily involved in sports as a youth and through college, and spent years as a select baseball coach for his two sons’ teams, as well as assisting in volunteer coaching at his sons’ high school. He enjoys sports, working out, developing and maintaining strategic relationships, and is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan, having grown up in the Pittsburgh area.
