Jackie Boies is Senior Director of Housing Services at MMI, one of the largest HUD-approved national housing counseling intermediaries in the United States, where she has held a variety of leadership positions. She has over 40 years of credit, lending, and mortgage servicing experience, having worked for over a decade in consumer lending prior to joining MMI.

Jackie oversees MMI’s housing counseling programs, including initiatives focused on housing instability, pre-purchase education, reverse mortgages, and disaster recovery. A strong consumer advocate, Jackie works tirelessly to ensure that the programs under her purview are impactful, accessible, and attuned to the ever-changing needs of today’s consumer. As the leader of MMI’s housing counseling programs, she is especially interested in helping families achieve safe, stable, and affordable housing through effective education and timely interventions.

Based in Louisiana, Jackie is recognized as a subject matter expert on housing issues and has been sourced by the media on housing issues for Bankrate, Magnify Money, Reverse Mortgage Daily, U.S. News & World Report, network television affiliates, and others.
