Amy Lins MMI

Amy Lins is Vice President of Customer Success at MMI, the largest provider of nonprofit financial counseling and education in the United States. Amy holds a Bachelor’s in Curriculum and Instruction and a Master’s in Business Administration with a finance concentration. Amy has taught secondary math and computer science, worked in information technology at a Fortune 500 company, and for the last 22 years has served MMI in several capacities.

Amy has a passion for financial wellness and education, which began with her career as a math teacher. Currently, Amy leads MMI’s Customer Success team focused on employee learning and performance, consumer financial wellness education, and customer experience. Amy has been instrumental in the strategic shift of MMI’s national education platform, including the development of consumer financial health curriculum for many of MMI’s partners and online learning modules for MMI’s proprietary Personalized Learning Platform (PLP). Amy and her team provide in-person and online education to thousands of consumers each year.

Amy has contributed to Fox Business, the Wall Street Journal, and other media publications and presented at a number of local and national conferences and events, including the Society of Human Resources Management and Association for Talent Development. Amy speaks on many financial topics, including student loans repayment, implementing workplace financial wellness, and consumer financial health programming. Amy also specializes in talent development and customer experience industry issues.
