How do I register for my online account?

How do I set up automated deposits?

I need help making or changing a payment.
For your convenience, you can manage your regular DMP deposits online. Simply follow the "log in" link at the top of the page and make the desired changes in the "Deposits" section of your account. You can also call our Support department at 888.845.5669 and make changes over the phone.
I need help with my username or password.
For your convenience, we have both a "Forgot Username?" and "Forgot Password?" option accessible from the log in screen. If you need additional assistance, please contact our Support department at 888.845.5669.
How do I send documents to MMI?

The fastest, most secure way to share documents is by scanning and uploading them through your online MyMMI account. You can also fax documents to 888-812-5358.

How do I update a creditor balance?
There are three ways to update your creditor balances. The simplest is to log in to the online account with MMI and follow the instructions in the "Creditors" section. You can also call our Support department at 888.845.5669 or fax the documents to 888.845.0501
