Your state requires that additional documentation be signed. Luckily, you can sign those documents online. The following is a simple, three-step process to create an online account, connect your DMP to that account, and sign the required paperwork. Thank you so much for addressing this time-sensitive matter.

Step 1: Create a MyMMI account

1. Go to MoneyManagement.org/Registration Skip to Step 2 if you already have a login

2. Enter information in the fields that appear

      2a. Enter your first name

      2b. Enter your last name

      2c. Enter your email address

      2d. Select your username

    • Cannot be an email address
    • Minimum of 6 characters
    • Use letters and numbers only

      2e. Create a password

    • Must be minimum of 8 characters, that include at least:
      • 1 uppercase letter, and
      • 1 numerical value, and
      • 1 of these special characters: !  @  #  $  %  ^  &  *  (  )  -  _

3. Click Next Step

4. Create three security questions

    • Be sure to use the tab key or mouse cursor (not the enter key) to move from security question to security question

5. Click Create Account

Step 2: Link your DMP to your MyMMI account

1. Click the button labeled "Activate my Debt Management Plan" Activate my Debt Management Plan

     (Please note: your DMP is already active, this process simply connects

     your active DMP to your new MyMMI account)

2. Click Enter

      2a. Enter the last 4 digits of the social security number

      2b. Enter your new MMI Client ID# (This is your former Clearpoint ID# followed by -4)

3. Click Submit

Step 3: Review and sign required documents

1. Click the tab marked "Debt Management Plan"

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page

3. Once you've located the necessary document, click

4. The document will open in a new window

5. Review your document

6. As you scroll down the document you will see highlighted boxes marked "Click Here to Sign" - simply click each of these boxes as they appear to sign your document.

7. Once you've finished signing your document you will see the following confirmation message:

  • The web document has been signed. Thank you for completing the signing process. Please click the below button to view your final signed document for printing. Please close the window after viewing/printing the final signed document.
You’re all set! You can now close the window or print a copy for your records. An electronic version of this document will be available to access at any time in your MyMMI account.
