Since I do not have access to confidential account information, the best thing to do is to call 800-762-2271 and speak with a customer service representative.

I would recommend calling Client Services at 888-845-5669 (Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 9 PM CST). You can then review your account information with a counselor to be sure you are using the same information that we have on file.

You can access your creditor balances on www.moneymanagement.org. Go to the 'My Client Account' page, then select 'Creditor Balances.' This will give you access to update each balance. You will be required to give certain fields: current balance, last payment, last statement date, and account number. Optional fields include interest rate and fee information.

Since you seem to enjoy utilizing Internet access to do business, I would also like to inform you about eStatements. Signing up for EStatements allows you to receive your MMI statements through your e-mail address rather than relying on standard mail. This option can be accessed at www.moneymanagement.org. I hope that this enhances your experience with Money Management International.
