Homeownership Preservation Foundation
MMI is a member of the Homeownership Preservation Foundation (HPF). The HPF is an independent nonprofit that provides counselors from HUD-approved agencies dedicated to helping homeowners.

HOPE NOW
MMI is a member of the HOPE NOW alliance.  HOPE NOW is an alliance between HUD approved counseling agents, mortgage companies, investors and other mortgage market participants that provides free foreclosure services and foreclosure prevention assistance.

NeighborWorks America
MMI is part of the NeighborWorks system.  NeighborWorks creates opportunities for people to live in affordable homes, improve their lives and strengthen their communities.
