Money Management International (MMI) and its family of Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) agencies make up the largest nonprofit, full-service credit counseling agency in the United States. Since 1958, we have been helping consumers find the tools and solutions they need to achieve financial freedom. We provide professional financial guidance, credit counseling, community-wide educational programs, debt management assistance, bankruptcy counseling and education services, and housing counseling assistance to consumers via phone, Internet and in-person sessions. MMI is a member of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) and The Association of Independent Consumer Credit Counseling Agencies (AICCCA).

IVAN L. HAND, JR. President and Chief Executive Officer Money Management International
Ivan Hand joined Money Management International (MMI) as President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2000. Under his leadership, MMI has grown to be the largest full-service non-profit debt, budget and housing counseling organization in the country, with six call centers and over 125 branch office locations in twenty-two states.
Prior to joining MMI, Mr. Hand was the Chief Operating Officer of Furmanite Worldwide, an international industrial services company. He has also served as President of Marine Shale Processors, an environmental firm, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Communications and Information Services, a technology company.
Mr. Hand has also held senior level positions with Exxon Corporation, both in the United States and internationally, including serving as a director of Esso Company United Kingdom, Chairman of Exxon’s credit card operations in Europe, Chairman of Dart Oil (an Exxon subsidiary), and Chairman of Esso Ireland.
Mr. Hand has served on a number of boards, including the Board of Directors of Advanced Communications and Information Services and the Board of Trustees for the National Foundation for Credit Counseling. He currently sits on the Government Relations Committee for the Greater Houston Partnership and the Advisory Council for George Washington University’s Financial Services Research Program. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Money Management International Financial Education Foundation.
Mr. Hand earned a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from Mississippi State University, participated in the MBA program in Marketing/Management at the University of Louisiana, and has taken courses in international studies at the Brookings Institution.

TERRY M. BLANEY
Terry Blaney is the founder and former President and Chief Executive Officer of Consumer Credit Counseling Service of the Gulf Coast Area, Inc. (CCCS) and Money Management International. Currently, Mr. Blaney’s primary responsibilities focus on industry relations.
When creditors and community leaders recognized the need for a non-profit, financial counseling and educational organization in Houston, Mr. Blaney was chosen to spearhead the effort. In 1981, after 18 years of corporate experience with Sears, Roebuck, & Co., he left Sears to become President and CEO of CCCS.
CCCS became one of the largest agencies in the country, serving the Houston and Gulf Coast financial industry and consumers. It was selected to serve as a model for a similar organization in England, which opened in February of 1993.
In November 1996, Mr. Blaney was elected President and CEO of Money Management International. The two credit counseling agencies, MMI and CCCS, joined forces in September 2000. Mr. Blaney was instrumental in bringing the two companies together and coordinating the merger.
He is a Past Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the National Foundation for Credit Counseling, served on the Executive Board and has also served as chair of various committees including Policy and Standards and Long Range Planning. Mr. Blaney has also served on the Board of Trustees for the Association of Independent Consumer Credit Counseling Agencies (AICCCA).
Mr. Blaney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Phillips University in 1965. He has also successfully completed the Advanced Management Institute through Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Administration, Office of Executive Development.

MARIANNE GRAY D’AQUILA
Marianne D’Aquila was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Fort Worth, a non-profit community service organization whose mission is to provide hope and help to persons in financial need. Currently, Ms. D’Aquila’s primary responsibilities focus on human resources, benefits, quality development and training with Money Management International.
Prior to joining CCCS in 1992, Ms. D’Aquila had over 20 years experience in the credit industry. She was the National Director of Credit Sales and Operations at Hartmarx Specialty Stores (the retail division of Hart Schaffner and Marx) from 1986 – 1992. From 1979 to 1986 she worked for Zales Jewelers at their credit centrals in California, Arizona and finally the World Headquarters in Irving, Texas. Prior to that she held various management positions in the Sears Roebuck Midwest Credit Center in Toledo, Ohio.
Ms. D’Aquila served on the Board of Directors of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling for ten years and was the Chairman of the Board. She served on the International Credit Association Board of Directors and was a member of the Executive Committee. Ms. D’Aquila currently serves on the First Command Education Foundation Board of Directors. Additional professional affiliations include State Education Chair for the Texas Retail Credit Executive Group, Merchants Research Council, National Retail Federation, Chair of the Duncanville Chamber of Commerce, and the Society of Certified Credit Executives. She is a member of Rotary International and the University Area Kiwanis and in 2003 was recognized as the Kiwanian of the year.
Ms. D’Aquila has had articles published in national magazines including Woman’s Day, Family Circle, Spirit, Bureau of Business Practice, Credit World and Credit and Collection Manager’s Magazine. She has made television appearances on several shows including Good Morning America.

DAVID A. JUENGEL, CPA
David Juengel joined MMI as Chief Financial Officer in December 1998, bringing 16 years of financial and accounting administration experience with him to the new position. Most recently, Mr. Juengel served as CFO for U.S. Zinc Corporation, a company with over $170 million in annual sales. He also worked for Proler International Corporation for nine years, his last position being Vice President and Treasurer.
Throughout his career, Mr. Juengel has had finance, accounting, management and administrative responsibilities. He has directed accounting and treasury functions, maximizing company earnings through the investment of excess funds, by reducing bank fees and accelerating collections. He has organized, prepared and reviewed federal and state income tax returns, as well as various SEC reports. Mr. Juengel has also provided expertise and support on issues related to acquisition, reorganization, liquidations and mergers. His public accounting experience with Coopers and Lybrand and Arthur Young included work with multi-national manufacturers, oil and gas, healthcare, chemical, real estate, auto dealerships, construction and professional service corporations.
Mr. Juengel has selected, developed and motivated a staff of over 40 employees who provide diverse accounting, financial and administrative services. His management and administrative responsibilities include administrative compliance with state and federal laws, evaluating internal quality control processes, and overseeing risk management functions. He has also been accountable for several computer conversions.
Mr. Juengel earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston, Clear Lake, Texas and a B.S. in Accounting (Cum Laude) from Central Michigan University. He is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Houston Chapter of that organization.

ANTHONY SCATAGLIA
Anthony (Tony) Scataglia is Senior Vice President, Agency Services, responsible for technology, strategic development, marketing, communications, document management, Paragon Financial Services and general management oversight for the support operations group. Mr. Scataglia joined Money Management International as Vice President, Technology and Strategic Development in September 2000. Prior to joining MMI, Mr. Scataglia was the Vice President, Specialty Services for Furmanite Worldwide, an international industrial specialty services company. He held several executive management positions over his five-year tenure, including Vice President and Business Manager; Director of Technology; and National Service Line Manager. Prior to Furmanite, Mr. Scataglia held several management level positions for Team Industrial Services over an eight-year period.
Throughout his career, Mr. Scataglia has held numerous positions responsible for overall profit and loss business management for various sized organizations. He has used his experience and education to successfully manage specialty technical services organizations as profitable, growing businesses. Through his executive management positions, he has also gained extensive experience in various management practices including organization right sizing, process reengineering, strategic planning, sales and marketing, business start-ups and profitability analysis/modeling.
Mr. Scataglia earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University in Beaumont Texas. He has continually supplemented his degree with numerous internal and external education programs in the fields of general business management, operations management, technical project management, sales and marketing, and finance-related areas.

CHUCK STANLEY
Chuck Stanley is the Senior Vice President of Client Education and Counseling for MMI. He is responsible for over 125 in-person counseling offices in twenty-two states, as well as three contact centers that provide telephone and Internet counseling services worldwide. In addition he is responsible for Money Management International’s new program development, bankruptcy counseling and housing division, which provides default, pre-purchase and reverse equity mortgage counseling nationwide.
Prior to the merger of MMI and Consumer Credit Counseling Services Southwest (CCCS) in June 2001, Mr. Stanley served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for CCCS. During his nine-year tenure there, he was a counselor, a branch manager, Director of Counseling, and Vice President of Counseling.
Prior to joining CCCS Southwest, Mr. Stanley was Vice President of Finance for CRS Construction. His work history also includes more than eight years in the banking and finance industry. Mr. Stanley has assisted the National Foundation for Credit Counseling by serving on the technology task force, counseling committee and new product task force. Mr. Stanley also serves on the Board of Directors for the Collaboration for a New Century, an organization focused on addressing economic and social issues on behalf of the working poor.
Mr. Stanley received a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Colorado State University.

MEL STILLER
Mel Stiller is Senior Vice President of Education, Development and Community Relations at MMI. He oversees the development of a philanthropy program that encompasses corporate, foundation and individual giving, as well as MMI’s community education outreach.
Mr. Stiller was Chief Executive Officer of Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) of Southern New England. He led the agency for nearly thirty years, as it grew from CCCS of Greater Boston, to CCCS of Eastern Massachusetts to CCCS of Massachusetts and finally to its last stage, which covered Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. His tenure with Consumer Credit Counseling Service allowed him to gain extensive experience in education, community relations, fundraising, board relations, media relations, public speaking and management.
Mr. Stiller is the former chairman of the Consumer Resource Council of Massachusetts and is a former member of the Federal Reserve Board’s Consumer Advisory Council. He was also a member of the board of trustees of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC). He spent twelve years on the NFCC board, and has served on its Executive Committee, Personnel Committee, Housing Committee, Legislative Committee, By-Laws Committee and Conference Committee. He also chaired its Peer Review and Assistance Committee for four years.
Mr. Stiller received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Babson College in 1970. After four years in the real estate and credit fields, he joined CCCS as Director of Counseling. A year later, he became the agency’s Chief Executive Officer.
