With call centers located across the nation and in-person counseling available in 22 states, MMI has an infrastructure that is built on quality and efficiency. The Bankruptcy Counseling Program is available to your clients by a variety of delivery methods. Telephone, Internet and Web Chat counseling is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week, providing your clients with easy access to one of our professional counselors. In-person counseling is available by appointment in all of the local markets in which we operate. With more than 140 local branches, the MMI organization is able to assist consumers nationwide.

We know it is important for your clients to receive their bankruptcy counseling and certificate of completion within a timely manner. With more than 950 employees, MMI has built a strong operation which is focused on quality services and ease of access. Counselors are available to provide your clients with the assistance they need, when they need it.

MMI is dedicated to serving your clients with professionalism. Our trained counselors will work one-on-one with your clients to create a detailed personal financial assessment. During the assessment, the counselor will work with your client to analyze their income, expenses, assets and liabilities and provide the client with a true and accurate picture of their financial situation.

Your clients will be taken through all of the components of a typical credit counseling session. Upon completion, your client will be issued a certificate of participation. This certificate will allow your client to proceed with the bankruptcy process. It is our desire to make this delivery process as smooth and efficient as possible.
